Templates

Every template carries your event name, your logo, and a single message sentence, applied across all column faces. The three templates differ in how much imagery they hold. Press play to preview each one in motion. Supplied imagery reads best against darker backgrounds (see the note below).

A

Template A

Color only

  • Pure color and typography, zero images
  • Your two brand colors applied to the template system
  • Event name, logo, and one message sentence
B

Template B

Up to 3 images

  • Holds up to 3 supplied images
  • Imagery composited with your brand colors
  • Event name, logo, and one message sentence
C

Template C

Up to 2 images

  • Holds up to 2 supplied images
  • A more open layout with room for your message
  • Event name, logo, and one message sentence
A note on color: The columns are LED displays. Avoid white in your artwork and background choices. Darker backgrounds, or any color other than white, render better on LED, and the images you supply will look their best set against darker backgrounds.

Custom design

For fully custom column content, we work with Left Channel, a motion design studio specializing in large-scale conference environments.

When a standard template isn't the right fit for your event, Left Channel steps in as our design partner to develop original content built entirely around your brand. They have spent over two decades designing for architectural surfaces like the Sheraton Dallas columns: hotel lobbies, configured LED installations, and multi-surface conference systems.

Custom design is quoted per project. Contact your Event Manager to start the conversation.
